All products are original, authentic, and high-quality, with at least 1 month until expiry.

Please note: The return policy applies only to Apparels.

1️⃣ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original sealed packaging

  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition

  • Valid proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

  • Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving

  • All shoes must be returned in their original box

  1. Contact customer support via email

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

  3. Attach relevant photos of the product

  4. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup

  5. Once received and verified, we will process replacement or refund

  • Online paid orders: Refund to the same account/card used

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded as store credit only

  • Delivery & COD fees: Non-refundable

  • VAT fees: Refunded when product is returned

  • Store credit: Available within 24 hours of receiving the item

  • Credit card refunds: May take up to 14 days depending on your bank

  • PayPal refunds: Subject to PayPal’s policy

❌ Returns Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Wearable technology, Swimwear, Earplugs, Goggles, Sports bras, Socks, Gloves, Mouth Gum Guards, Hand/Foot/Wrist Wraps, Towels, and other similar items.

Products in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • All items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Include any belts or designer packaging that came with the product

  • If items are not returned in original condition, you are responsible for shipping charges
