How To Use
- For optimal results, mix 1 rounded scoop (30 g) with 200ml (6-8 fl. oz.) of cold milk or water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust the liquid according to your taste preference.
- On training days: We recommend having 1 shake 15-30 minutes after your workout, and another shake as a snack anytime throughout the day.
