How To Use
- For optimal results, mix 1 rounded scoop (30 g) of Women's Best Vegan Protein with 300-400 ml (10-13 fl. oz.) of your favorite milk or cold water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
- On training days, we recommend having 1 shake 15-30 minutes after your workout, and another shake as a snack anytime throughout the day.
- On rest days, have 1-2 shakes as an anytime snack.
