Tax Information:

- KSA orders will be imposed with 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) due to government regulation. The 15% VAT is already included in the product price.

Customs Fee:

In accordance with Saudi customs regulations, a SAR 15 Customs Processing Fee applies to individual shipments valued under SAR 1,000. This fee is subject to 15% VAT.

Shipping Information

- Estimated Delivery: 24–48 hours for Riyadh, and 1–3 business days for other cities. Some orders may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond Gumnum’s control.

- Free delivery on orders over SAR 150 (including VAT)! Otherwise, a SAR 25 delivery fee applies.

Country Limitations:

- Customers can place up to 4 orders every 30 days, with each order containing a maximum of 5 items (up to 3 of the same kind).

- The highest order value allowed is 825 SAR, excluding tax.

Available Payment Methods

Debit/Credit Card, Tabby, Tamara (Please note that Tamara is available only for orders over SAR 150), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash on Delivery.

Choosing Cash on Delivery will add a 25 SAR fee to your order.
